Find Hotel with a Concierge in Jeddah

"إستقبال محترم والموقع ممتاز والطاقم ودود جداً إنما عتبي على موقع هوتيلز وذلك لأنه لم يبين أن عند إستخدام كود الخصم يحرمني من الليالي المجانية عشرون ريال خصم مقابل 450 ريال ويتم حرماني من تجميع الليالي !!!!!!!؟؟؟ يفترض أن يكون شيء واضح للعملاء الدائمين وليس بعد الحجز والدفع يتم إشعاري بأنني لا استحق بسبب كود الخصم "

"Very nice location, friendly front desk staff, clean rooms. needs to have iron and ironing board in the room. Need to work more on the bathroom fixtures."

"Hotel is very modern and clean. I arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful with storing my luggage whilst I went to perform Umrah. The room was very nice. Only negative I can say is that the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so when I would use the shower, there would be water on the floor. I had Iftar in the restaurant which was great and good value for money. "

"Property is Run down and needs some serious money spent on it Broken Tiles every were broken gates main door falling apart skirting falling off wall bathroom need a good clean shower leaked on to celling tv had big melted area on bottom off screen NO SAFE in room the list just goes on We had Breakfast included. Chief made Great omelette each morning, overall food selection was great. but lacked in the hot side They advertised 3 different sausages on 3 days but were the same...

"It is the worst experience ever. I have been Locked in the Vella by the property staff. When I asked: the reson was wait until the manager comes. I spent the whole night trying to manage this issue while I'm having guests from outside the city. Be Note that this is a 3 star property as per of the paper listed on the reception."
