"This property has several important assets. First of all, it really is ON THE BEACH. So easy to have kids in and out of the house on and off of the beach all day. Second great asset is spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a space for their crew. Third great asset is lots of table space. We had a group of 7 adults and 10 children. Plenty of beds. My suggestion would be replace the room with one double bunk with a queen bed. Plumbing etc could use a bit of...

"Nice stay here, host was very communicative. For the price it met expectations and we slept comfortably. Very close to the start /finish for the Galveston Half Marathon which was the purpose of the visit. "

Poor breakfast

"The breakfast buffet was less than satisfactory. Had to ask the staff for more plates, more waffle batter, and to clean up an orange juice spill. The eggs and sausage were in short supply and cold and the coffee machine was out of order."
