"Diamond Beach is a great resort. We've stayed there many times in different condos and will stay there again. This condo was spacious, well-stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. Since we had three adult couples, the bedroom situation was perfect...two kings and one queen. The outdoor deck was like an extra room, with furniture for sitting and eating. "We arrived for them to tell us the hotel was closed because the systems were down. No one called to tell us so we could make a new reservation elsewhere. No apology, no trying to help us find a place or offer of a discount for another stay. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend in case you show up and they are closed and dont bother to let you know. We stayed at hotel next door and customer service was great!! I highly recommend them!! "
