"Camera molto piccola, ma pulita. Posizione veramente perfetta per visitare Londra. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci sono stati problemi agli ascensori (attivi 2 su 4) e alla scala mobile: un piccolo inconveniente che però, dato il numero molto elevato di clienti, significava aspettare abbastanza in alcuni casi. Ottimo e gentile il personale, più di qualcuno parla (è) italiano. Un ringraziamento particolare alla gentilissima e disponibile manager Elisabetta che ci ha aiutato a passare ad una camera...

"The room was comfortable and clean. I thought it it wasn't very well equipped for being a 4 star hotel. I paid £170, as a single guest and this did not include breakfast and there is no parking at the hotel. There was no iron in my room and I needed to prepare my clothing for work. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception to ask for an iron. I know air conditioning and a fridge is a luxury but an iron is basic.
