Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The box springs had no cover. There was a large red stain on the carpet in my guest room. The wall in the bathroom was horribly patched. The tub was badly stained. No internet. The “spring decor” in the lobby made it look like a preschool. The ironing board wouldn’t stay in the closet on its own. "
