"This hotel gets a perfect 5.0. The room (1D) has a balcony with a view of Galata Tower. The breakfast was delicious and Hakan the waiter made it extra special. I don't recall the name of the manager. But he was extremely helpful. The location was a very convenient with a short walk to many restaurants and sites. It was a delight!"

"Location location location! Stayed four nights and this was an excellent base for touring in Istanbul. We walked almost everywhere - about 30 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Tram was conveniently close for rainy days. We had expected a slightly more luxurious hotel and this was not luxurious, but it was comfortable enough and we appreciated having a washing machine. Elif was so helpful with communication about checking in, and local tips, including where to get groceries. "

"The mangers of the property are wonderful and easy to access, they assisted with transfers from/to airport. The only thing I can say negatively is that only 2 bath towels are provided. We prefer clean towels each day and it was bit of headache because laundry had to be done. Otherwise, property is great for 2 adults and maybe an infant . "
