"This hotel gets a perfect 5.0. The room (1D) has a balcony with a view of Galata Tower. The breakfast was delicious and Hakan the waiter made it extra special. I don't recall the name of the manager. But he was extremely helpful. The location was a very convenient with a short walk to many restaurants and sites.

"The mangers of the property are wonderful and easy to access, they assisted with transfers from/to airport.
The only thing I can say negatively is that only 2 bath towels are provided. We prefer clean towels each day and it was bit of headache because laundry had to be done. Otherwise, property is great for 2 adults and maybe an infant . "
