"Great stay on my way to Russia. Restaurant upstairs was really good and had amazing views. I evidently booked a very small room and when I saw it, I asked to upgrade and was willing to pay for it. But, they graciously upgraded me to a gorgeous room with a view for free. I loved the restaurant with a terrace and spanning views of the city (it was a little pricey, but very delicious). Turkish breakfast was plentiful in the mornings. I did get to utilize the spa and booked a scrub treatment. The scrub part could have been a little longer and more rigorous, Hummam part was very nice. A friendly male attendant by the front desk drew a picture of Istanbul with my name on it, I enjoyed chatting with him between my sauna sessions. All in all it was a nice and relaxing stay:)"

The housekeeping team truly does an outstanding job. The spa was absolutely amazing—relaxing, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience.
