"The day I checked out, I started with a shower. However, I did not finish the shower because the vertical metal handle came away from the wall. Since I am already handicapped, I became quite nervous. Thank God I was able to maneuver myself out of the tub without falling. I reported this when I checked out and suggested that no one use that room until the wall/handle were fixed. "
