"The property was in close proximity to the beach i.e. walking distance in just 10 minutes. The reason for only 4 stars on the question of the room is not everyone likes fat pillows. I used 2 towels as a pillow and it worked out fine. I guess in their defense though, every place I've stayed only has fat pillows. I guess I should know by now to bring my own. lol"

"We had our pups with us and they put us right next to the dog park. Was perfect. Only negative our TV had two lines out in the center, one red one blue but we weren’t in the room enough to complain. It’s near a cute coffee shop, tropical smoothie, a Mexican restaurant and gas station all within walking distance without having to cross the road. It is an older property so nothing fancy dancy but comfortable, convenient, and affordable."

"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to St. AUGUSTINE. If you never left the hotel and beach it would be a great vacation in itself. They offer a high quality free breakfast and have a social every evening where guests get 2 complimentary drinks a piece. We heard zero noise from other hotel rooms. We loved it there"

"Clean place and fair price. Did have to pay for parking but it was only 10 dollars a day. Not bad for being on A1A. Overall was glad we picked this place for our vacation "
