"They receive you with a glass of champagne and the staff members were super attentive to all guests. The only down side was one of restaurants gave us a cold dinner because they said it we were the last party that were serving that night other then that everything was fantastic."

"Horrible!!! If you value AC, this is NOT your resort. We were told it’s one of the oldest resorts and one of the very few in Cancun that doesn’t even offer AC anywhere including the lobby, restaurants etc. only your room will have AC.
