A huge shoutout to Alberto at the pool bar—he was absolutely phenomenal! Always welcoming us with a smile, remembering our favorite drinks, and keeping the good vibes going all day long. Whether it was a perfectly crafted cocktail or just a friendly conversation, Alberto made every poolside moment feel special and fun. We also have to recognize Orlando at the Kitchen Table restaurant. His attention to detail and genuine kindness elevated every meal we had there. Orlando went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—offering great recommendations, making sure we were taken care of, and creating such a warm, inviting dining experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds, great food, and plenty to do—but it’s people like Alberto and Orlando who truly set it apart. "Dani served us at the beach multiple days and he was great! Eduardo served us at the pool/bar and he was great as well. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The only issue we had was not enough clean towels when we asked for new ones. We will be back!"

"This is a beautiful safe property! Very peaceful and the restaurants are delicious. My favorite was the India restaurant, The Bhogali. The staff was always helpful. My butler Misa was AMAZING, very personal calm and willing to help with whatever you needed! The Spa was relaxing and the therapeutic pool, amazing! My massage and body scrub was wonderful. Breakfast lunch dinner desserts were perfect! Great juices and drinks too! It’s right of the ocean that has in island that you can visit! You will not be disappointed if you book here! Enjoy because I will definitely return !"

"Its about 45 minutes from the airport. The property is large but not to big. Beautifully landscaped with lots of shuttles at the busy times to move you around if needed. The butler is a nice addition to have someone to help rectify any issues or help book dinner reservations. Tons on beach chairs and umbrellas, pools are nice and was always able to get loungers for all of us at the same time. Food was average to above average for the all inclusives that we've visited. The restaurants seam a little disorganized as you may need to wait longer than what would be normally expected, but yet we were a party of 9 each time, 6 adults and 3 kids. Overall all of as were extremely pleased with it stay and would highly recomend the resort as we had a great time! Thank you to the entire staff of the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres!"
