"Loved the resort! The food was terrific and the staff were very friendly and service-oriented. My only complaint is the requirement to close out the check (and be presented with the awkward gratuity option) every time you eat, drink, or order something. This was the first all-inclusive resort I have ever had to think about money at (outside normal tips for great service) and I would very much like for that aspect to go away for all-inclusive guests here. Additionally, other reviews rave about the Butler service but we were told reservations made though Expedia do not include that service, which was a disappointment. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort and would absolutely come back! The property is beautifully laid out—spacious and never felt crowded, yet still very easy to get around, which made everything super convenient. The food exceeded our expectations with a huge variety of options. While a couple of the buffets were just okay, there were so many great choices that we always found something we loved. What truly made this trip stand out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Enrique and Eduardo at the Lively pool bar and Mana from the entertainment team—they brought such great energy every day and made the experience so fun and memorable! The resort was spotless and very well-maintained, and there was truly something for everyone. The entertainment was fantastic for all ages, which made it perfect for our group. Also, working with Go Majestic for transportation and excursions was incredibly easy and seamless, which took a lot of stress out of planning. Overall, this was such a fun, relaxing, and memorable trip—we can’t wait to come back! "

"We love everything about this resort - it’s small and has everything we need! Rooms are clean and comfy, food and drinks are good, staff is top notch!! We have visited annually for the last six years because it’s so easy! Beach cabanas with food/drink service are great, and we spend a lot of time in the pool!!"

"Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food. "

"Food was average. Rooms were missing essential items like an ice bucket. Used items weren’t replaced each day ie: coffee supplies and hand towels. Adults only area was lacking in shade/umbrellas. Staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"My husband and I went here for our honeymoon- and we had an excellent time! The layout and grounds, access to the beach, and level of service were great. We loved hanging at the beach or poolside with consistent and friendly beach-side service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and Mexican buffet night the most- the other food options were fine, not anything exceptional. It was relaxing to have be in an all inclusive with many options on site. We did an excursion to Chichin-Itza, a cenote and Valladolid organized through the hotel which was an informative and adventurous day - bookended by a lot of relaxing in the sun! I also enjoyed a spa experienced facilitated by Gilberto. The staff were all friendly and our room was a relaxing and lovely, with a private view of the lazy river, a continually replenished bar, and great room service. We had a relaxing, excellent time!"
