"Rooms are clean and the pool is lovely and spacious and has a small pool bar. Security monitors the entrance and exit to their beach club, which is right on a lovely stretch of beach.. We chose the all-inclusive plan and thoroughly enjoyed their restaurants, Brazilian barbeque and beach club areas. The staff are attentive and the food was on point. My only comment would be that some of the top shelf liquors were not available resulting in an unpleasant tasting drinks. "

"It was a very clean hotel, you could tell it was still a newer hotel. The staff were amazing there. Excellent adults only hotel. We had a nice partial ocean view. The pools were awesome, the beach was nice except the sea weed. The entertainment was excellent. "

"Ocean view was good. However, it was windy on the beach and there was a lot of sea weeds washing up on the shoreline. The facility is new and clean. The pool was fun. We enjoyed the activities."

"This was my second time staying at Finest Playa Mujeres. My first visit was about 10 years ago when the resort had just opened, and I’m happy to say the quality has remained very good over the years. The service continues to be excellent. I especially want to recognize Jeremías at the bar and Julio at the Finest Club bar. Both were very kind and attentive and truly made our experience better. The drinks are even better than I remember from my first visit, and the food was also very good with plenty of variety. Like any place, there are always small things that could improve. When we visited Domo, the restaurant in the Finest Club area, the air conditioning was not working, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Also, at times there was only one bartender at certain bars, especially at the pool bar, which can be a lot for one person when it gets busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort. It works well for families because there are activities for children, but it also has adults-only areas for those looking for a quieter stay. I didn’t travel with my kids this time, so I can’t comment in detail on the children’s activities, but it was clear there were many options available. "We had a great time during our stay here! A few things that would have made it exceptional would have been; a better Ac unit in the room, better quality food at the buffet, and scheduled room cleaning. To start the ac unit did work in our room just not very well. We had a hard time cooling the room off enough to sleep. Most nights we slept with no blankets due to poor cooling. The buffet has a ton of options but most isn’t worth trying. With the exception of some basic options I’d recommend sticking to the other restaurants which had great food. The last thing that would have been icing in the cake is schedule room cleaning because several times we would come back to the room being cleaned or they hadn’t been yet so we didn’t feel comfortable staying in our room. I only had one person from the staff I didn’t care for. Every other person went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience. The beach was full of seaweed but not much could be done about that. The pool was great but there’s only two small pools for the whole family side which at times felt crowded. The views are excellent and we enjoyed being on the top floor with roof jacuzzi. Overall a very fun experience. "
