"Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return."

"Bugs in the rooms. Holes punched in the bathroom door. Dirty linens and a seriously strong cigarette odor. Also the fridge was iced over and non functional."

"No staff, dusty, dirty, in poor shape. A very gloomy experience."
