"It was an amazing experience plus the servers were amazing lots of food and very professional"

"Once again we were pleased with the Hotel. Clean room, we like the suite layout, bathroom with separate vanity area. It is starting to show some wear and tear..nothing horrible though. Nicely priced compared to others in the area. We shall return in the future."

"Everything was great,"

"Clean Room."

"Best property in Lakeland. If I could give them a 11 star I would. Highly recommend. Clean, well kept, no hidden fees, nice gym, and very modern rooms."

"The rooms are huge and very clean! Everything you need for a little vacation!"

"The District Manager is unprofessional, disrespectful and very hard to deal with."

"Desk Person not very helpful. Said no breakfast any more and that coffee would be ready at 7;am. I got there at 7:10am and door to lobby was still locked and coffee was not even started yet. The room was clean but had gouges in wall. Wife found a bug in bathroom in the middle of the night. Shower handle was loose and so was toilet seat. not worth the money. would not recommend to anyone."

"Kids had a blast. Rooms were well sound proofed and beds were comfy. We aren't big on eating the resort food anywhere we go, but publix and an AMAZING Mediterranean restaurant are literally across the street which is fantastic for us. All staff members were helpful and very kind."
