"Other than having horrible pillows and curtains that were torn so there was no way to keep the midnight light out making sleeping practically impossible the property was decent. The staff was super helpful and would recommend this property for the staff alone. Breakfast was nice and we were able to easily walk to the one reatraunt(pikes landing) in 17 mins"

"I had a great stay at the hotel but the toilet smelled like urine. I left the fan on constantly with the door closed. Other than that, great stay. "

"Hosts, who recently aquired the busuness, were very welcoming and had an interesting backstory. The bed was comfortable and clean... but there were no other amnities in room, i.e. no chair or table, no drinking glass. A bit more maintenance is needed: bathroom sliding door was blocked open; blinds lacked a control rod to adjust, and rod for block-out curtin kept falling off when pulling the curtain. The owners seem to have their heart in it and I wish them success, but rooms could be improved...

"The house is beautiful, kitchen, living room and all rooms are very clean and well decorated. the beds are very comfortable, too. The best part is we can view the aurora just from the big windows and/or patio. My son left his wallet in the room, Simone just sent it back to us with no charge, very appreciated. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks next time."
