"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. I sent several messages to cancel these...

"We had an awesome time at this property. The property is walking distance to both La Condesa and La Roma Norte. Also, its great for large groups as everyone gets their own bedroom and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Highly recommend using the property's concierge service they offer. "

"This beautiful and charming house is in a perfect location. La Condesa is a great walkable neighborhood with many options for dining with great food. We had three couples and six kids split between the eight bedrooms with king size beds. Very comfortable and perfect for our group. The walk to Chapultepec from the house was only 15 minutes. The host was very helpful and responds quickly with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place. "
