"We had an awesome time at this property. The property is walking distance to both La Condesa and La Roma Norte. Also, its great for large groups as everyone gets their own bedroom and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Highly recommend using the property's concierge service they offer. "

"I booked this listing with the understanding that we were going to be the only occupants. Upon arrival we discovered a gated and locked staircase to the upper level. Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. "Stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette and it’s the perfect place for it. Very clean place, the photos are accurate, and it is so spacious. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the Polanco area as the location is fantastic. Host was very responsive and accommodating."

"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. I sent several messages to cancel these...

"I stayed here with three friends and we had a great experience. The accommodations were fantastic, the house was clean and well furnished, and the location was perfect. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area upstairs so we could soak in the awesome weather. The hosts were helpful and very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again when in Mexico city. "

"My family and I stayed at the property while we were in CDMX for a wedding. We loved the home in terms of livability and character. The daily housekeeping was a treat and the location cannot be any better. I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling with a group. It's also worth noting the super easy and fast communication -- all of our questions were answered within minutes."
