"Staff was amazing! The included breakfast and shuttle to & from the airport as well as multiple daily downtown trips made the stay even more worth it. Was bummed to find out the fireplaces do not work (they only have one room with it I guess) and our queen bed was SUPER uncomfortable (had a deep dent all the way down the middle) which of course we didn’t discover until we went to bed the first night. Other than that - I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Juneau. "

"After my son and I were unceremoniously booted off Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) because my son had a nervous break down and NCL didn't know how to deal with it, we stayed at the Juneau Hotel. It is within walking distance to downtown. The bed is big and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and include a living room, kitchen and bedroom. We really appreciated the in-room washer and dryer for laundry. The staff was responsive and friendly."
