"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"It was mixed English and Spanish group. The tour guide Silvia was rude and unprofessional. She does not answer questions, left group because she went to buy extra ticket to the person that comes with her. All English speakers were confused where we meet .
