"Only a flying visit, I'm afraid, so no chance to sample the wellbeing facilities, but the hotel itself is fantastic. If you're tired of characterless, identical chain hotels and fancy seeing London from a different perspective, this is the place for you. "We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice, good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. All staff are all very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again. "
