"The Zen Hotel was great. They had a hard time finding my reservation at first but that happens at times. We had 2 rooms during our stay with both being Deluxe Studios with 1 King Bed with sofa bed. The rooms were nice. One had a beautiful view of the city. The room was nice and the bath room had good hot water. WiFI was excellent as well. The breakfast buffet was nice and there were plenty of options. The staff was great. They spoke English and were able to help with our needs. There was armed security at the main entrance and this made my family feel even more safe during our stay. The kids loved the hotel and I would recommend the Zen Hotel to anyone looking to visit Quito."
