"First off the staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were upper floor noises, they glady changed our room twice. One side wooden, one side concrete. we had three different rooms, 1st rm was on the level floor, it was big, they accommodated two bed request. I feel bad cause the staff were great, but the rooms were not clean to hotel standards. It could be, but it wasn't. they cleaning staff have to give the bathroom and floors a really good cleaning. The hotel rating could be higher if that was the case. The bath towel had a hole in it like the bath towel you wipe your bathroom floor with cause its worn. I really liked the staff and location was good, its all up hill anyway... They could be a really great hotel if the rooms were cleaner. Thank you."

The hotel is a hidden germ because it is located on a culde-sac, so there is almost no traffic or way less passing by and fairly more quite and tranquil when you need to rest especially in Istanbul and yet in close proximity to all tourists attractions. It also serves a large variety of Turkish delicacies for breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay there and am planning to stay again prior to my departure from Istanbul. I am grateful for the experience and service."
