"Although situated in a great location, this property was disappointing from the start. We had to wait to be checked in, the house hadn’t been opened up or aired, the sheets were old and smelt damp, the garden was neglected and sad, many of the furniture items and fittings were old and broken. Worst of all, although the house was advertised for 8 people, there was only space for 5 since the 2 single beds were in fact one small bed and the sofa bed was unusable. "Our room was facing the ocean and a short walk was leading to the beach. Not really for swimming but very beautiful, especially at low tide. We did not use the pool but it was nice with lounge chairs around it. The breakfast was a nice buffet. The hotel is a 5’ drive from the picturesque harbor of La Cotiniere which has many shops and restaurants."
