Very quiet accommodation located in a typical Oléronnais village: la Chefmalière (in the middle of the island). Classified 2 stars, all comfort. One bedroom; one living room: (dishwasher; washing machine; ceramic hob; electric oven; fridge / freezer; sofa / bed; TV; DVD player; radio CD; board games; magazines; books); a bathroom with walk-in shower and electric towel dryer (new in 2018) .Outside a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs; electric barbecue. Parking space in front of the accommodation. Not overlooked. Household products are not provided. The cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant or in addition to 35 €. On request we provide free a cot and a high chair

le logement est très bien il ne manque rien, nous avons passé un bon séjour dommage situé dans un hameau à 2.5 km pour courses et pain que j'ai fait en vélo plusieurs fois , la plage est rocheuse impossible de se baigner sinon il faut prendre la voiture et faire des kms pour avoir plage sable seul regret

Beau site, visite de la citadelle du château d' Oléron, phare de Chassiron, fort boyard et faite des excursions autour de l' ile. La cotinière et Saint- pierre-d'Oléron. Magnifique. on y retourne l'année prochaine. A voir et revoir. SUPER.

Tout est parfait à la Villa Loubine. Emplacement, propreté,… Y’a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut en équipement. Nous avons eu droit aux tempêtes Ciara et Domingos ( sacrés souvenirs ) mais nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore !!

Une communication facile et efficace avec la propriétaire, un accueil vraiment cordial et arrangeant de Véronique. Un emplacement idéal ( a proximité des poissonneries de la Cotinière !) , bien central pour sillonner l'ile, tout proche de la cote pour aller marcher sur la plage.Une location parfaite pour 2, très propre et accueillante avec tout le confort et une cuisine vraiment bien achalandée ( un grand frigo, plein d'ustensiles).On se sent bien chez soi même si il y a plusieurs locations cote à cote. Sans oublier un excellent rapport qualité prix! Malgré une météo de Toussaint peu à notre avantage, c'était un bien bon séjour!

Accueil très chaleureux. Location propre, tout pour se sentir comme à la maison ! La seulement chose qui manque, c'est un ventilateur plafonnier ou il climatisation quant il fait très chaud ! Mais tout pour être bien.

- - - Habitation assez exiguë pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 grandes ados). Le lit d'appoint est trop petit et pas assez confortable pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine. Équipement de base. + + + Petit extérieur et environnement agréable. Nous avons profité des belles pistes cyclables. Le carnet de bord et Véronique nous ont été de précieux conseils sur les activités à faire.

Bon séjour, location fonctionnelle et au calme. Petit bemol l'accès entre la ruelle et la location au "virage" très serré pour garer sa voiture mais on s'y fait.
