"First, this is an amazing place to stay at if you have a large group. We had a group of 8 and the place was perfect. The value was amazing for size and the location. The place is 2 stops off the Seibu line out of Ikebukuro. It is on the same line that goes to Harry Potter Land. "Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00.
