Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
The hotel was in a very convenient location - especially for first time visitors to Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was that our experience with the staff is that they weren’t the most friendly and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with their bag storage system.

Laundry on site, the hotel was clean and in a good location. Our thermostat would automatically turn off every couple of hours though so it got very hot in the room. When it would turn off it would wake us up in the middle of the night as it was very hot in the room. (26+ Celsius) The front desk ...

The property is clean and convenient but the rooms are quite small. The bunk beds are not comfortable so the room is not suitable for 4 people. The front staff is really nice and cooperative. The facilities are quite basic though for the price
