"Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. The Konbini and merchandise store inside were also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again"

"This was a perfect start and end for our days. It's a quiet area so you can get rest for your day ahead. Book with the breakfast option, it's delicious and convenient. And it's within minutes of the Keisei Tsudanuma station. Bonus, the grocery store is open until 1 am. Rooms were clean, laundry nearby, and a evening drink from the 10th floor."

"There's a convinence store on the ground floor that hotel guests are allowed to access 24/7. There is a huge mall right next to the property called Aeon Mall. Makuhari Messe is a 20min walk away. The room is decently big and spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is priced accordingly. The buffet consisted of a variety of bread & rice, salad, sausages, eggs, soup and a variety of drinks. "
