"Stayed four nights in Easter. A very nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love the breakfast and late night snack - Ochazuke. Even we had a big meal just before coming back to the hotel, my kids love to enjoy a small bowl there. The bathroom products and the face mask available near the front desk are all made in Japan and in very good quality. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next time."

"Pros: The room was excellent for two adults and two teenagers going to DisneySea. The shuttle to the Disney park was very easy to use. On our first day we didn’t pay attention and accidentally got off at the first stop which was Disneyland. We ended up taking the monorail to DisneySea from Disneyland, but the return ride home and the second day was all perfect. The room had an electric foot massager for our sore feet after walking - it was so nice! Don’t hesistate to try it! We used Sagawa for luggage shipping at the hotel - they were cash only so make sure you bring cash and ship it a day ahead of when you need it. Location: right next to the train station, so many options for dinner there, Lawson’s was downstairs, never had to worry about food options. Cons: Laundry was very busy at night and dryers leave your clothes damp. Be prepared to air dry some of your clothes. The welcome lounge with free drinks and candy bar sounded nice, but it felt a little bit like a zoo down there with kids running around like it was a playground. Floors were sticky, cotton candy station was nice but also sticky. We stopped by for a quick drink a couple times in the evening but the scene was not for us. Not a big deal, we were at DisneySea during the day and evenings. Overall an excellent location and hotel for visitors going to Disney!! Lots of families with young children at this hotel. "

"Amazing value for the price. Rooms had everything you needed and more. For example, every room has a microwave which isn’t standard in more expensive hotels. My children loved the in room game and enjoyed collecting their prize from front desk. Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The shuttle to Disney was fantastic and always on time. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Loved how clean our room was, great amenities at the front desk at night. Face lotion, cleanser, toothbrush, comb, and pjs Breakfast was a large spread, ours was included in our stay but would say it is worth the price"

"Staff was very helpful and the place was immaculate! Super convenient right across of the train station and close to the mall and Lawsons, 7-11. A laundromat was about an 11min walk. The room had a foot massager that saved my life! My feet were killing me!!! On our last day we had the buffet which was awesome!!! We will be back! Arigato gozaimasu!!!"

"Location was very close to train station where you can connect to the whole city...very handy to have few convenient stores are just across the hotel too. Rooms are very small but its pretty common in tokyo due to high density."
