"It is right inside the airport. Restaurants, shopping, train station are all within reach and within walking distance. I also love the Onsen in the hotel. It is open for 24 hours."
"Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy and convenient. "
