"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( donāt reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. Itās a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. Only small discomfort is the room on the mezzanine which has very low ceilings so you can barely sit up. The beddings are comfy. But when it rained heavily you...

"The buffet food was delicious, and offered locally-grown rice as part of the meals. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. The amenities were very clean and well-cared for. It was enjoyable to walk around the property and enjoy the cool weather in early summer. "

Good business hotel. A lot of contract/construction worker are there. Parking at the hotel is limited. Free breakfast. Youāll have to take transportation to eat somewhere.
Keep in mind this is a local hotel with public baths.

This was hands down one of the best hotels Iāve stayed. The staff were so accommodating and kind. They made me feel very appreciated which is what a successful business should always do. The hotel is a few mins walk from the #52 bus stop, in a very quiet area. It was immaculately clean I felt as though I was in a nicer hotel than I had originally booked. The rooms were upgraded and super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The restaurant in the hotel had Malaysian cuisine. It was...

I stay at this hotel often and itās a very nice business hotel. The only thing I wish they would change is the breakfast time. Right now, itās only open for 2 hours. It would be much better if it were extended.

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now ā and will certainly stay here again in the future.
The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top.
But the service is the true slice of cake here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - very approachable and polite. They didn't care that we didn't speak Japanese;...
