"I recently stayed here and had an okay stay. It's an old property but it's decently maintained even though it could use some refurbishing. The rooms are huge. I stayed in the Super Double Room and it was a very large, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, both Japanese and western. The location is just okay, it's far from the centre of Osaka and you cannot walk anywhere, but the subway is nearby which was...

"The hotel was well maintained. The staff members were extremely helpful and polite. The availability of dental kits, combs, coffee mix and tea bags in the lobby made the hotel very welcoming. The room was very clean. The comfortable slippers and pajamas in the room made one feel right at home. The blackout blinds and the quietness of the room enabled relaxing and restful sleep. The hotel's location was great due to its proximity to the bus and train stations. I would highly recommend this...

"One of our favourite hotels on our trip, enjoyed accessing the bath. The room was beautiful and carefully appointed"

"Friendly staff"

"Overall great stay. Although sometimes had to wait a while for elevators. Rooms were way smaller than expected (given the pics online) but has everything you need. It’s close to the big three conbinis. Breakfast buffet was great. The room we stayed in had a shower/tub combo but the tub was pretty slippery. You either had to get nonslip tub mats or put a towel down so you wouldn’t slip. Had a coffee maker at the lobby which was very convenient. Starbucks is literally around the corner. Overall...

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The hotel though is very close to main train lines, which you can here despite the glazing, with some trains physically shaking the room. Not a place to stay if you like a good nights sleep. Nice view from the top floor though."

"Excellent hotel."

"We stayed on the imperial floor and had access to the lounge, gym and swimming pools, and we had breakfast included. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We’d certainly come back!"

"It was very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. In the middle of many things, very nice to have a beautiful liver bank walk ways close by."

"Helpful staff. Good breakfast"
