"Tha staffs were very helpful and kind."

"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."

"ممتازه جدا افضل فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي "

"My experience with the hotel’s management was disappointing. The lobby manager made me feel unwelcome, even as a returning customer. Both the lobby manager and the manager in a more senior position seemed more interested in telling guests they could leave and receive a refund than in listening to their concerns or trying to resolve the situation. "Fantastic hotel, with excellent service and a wonderful team. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again."

"Great location right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Stayed here many times over the years and never been disappointed in the hotel and staff."

"Great location and very friendly staff. The property is a bit dated but still very comfortable. Value for money I would stay here again."

"Hot water is tricky. Flies in the room. Otherwise it was all good"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lan Kwai Fong hotel. The location was convenient to almost everything. There’s a 7-11 just steps away. Lots of restaurants. Plus PMQ where local designers and businesses are located. Up the hill is Hollywood St with lots of cool shops. At night there are lots of small bars and lounges. I loved my room. Love the Chinese aesthetics. The room is spacious and comfortable. I would def stay here again next time."
