"This property is very close to Beaver Lake and has a great view. It had a nice pool and parking right outside your door. It's an older location that's been totally remodeled and even boasts remote controlled AC. Very close to restaurants and many different Marina's and shops. My hats off to whoever picked out the updated room fixtures and décor."

"Arrived early by mistake and they checked us right in without an upcharge. The room was clean and perfectly located. The pool was a bit chilly as we had a few heavy rain showers but we enjoyed some miniature golf and other activities right next to the pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub every morning and evening. - The restaurant was also very good. Centrally located and walking distance to the trolly station. - Highly recommend this place. It was perfect for us!!! "

"We decided to check out the area based on recommendations of family that come to Eureka Springs often. I’m super picky and usually prefer to stay at higher end hotels but I loved the look of this room and I am a sucker for places trying to bring something old back to life. My husband was surprised when we pulled up and said there was no way the place was up to my standards until we went into our room. The room was beautiful even though the beds were a little stiff for me, he loved them. Parking was a little bit of a pain the second night but nothing too crazy. Just had to park at the back of the building. Over all would recommend this motel to anyone."
