This adorable, clean cottage with a comfy screened porch (perfect for morning coffee) is steps away from Table Rock Lake w/walk-down access. In spring, summer and early fall you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding in the quiet cove. Just a short distance from Eagle Rock Marina where you can launch your own boat or rent one and enjoy some tubing or skiing. You are 3 miles from Mark Twain National Forest trails, or you can enjoy nearby charming Eureka Springs, AR, Pea Ridge AR, Roaring River State Park or breathtaking Dogwood Canyon, all are just a short drive away! In the Fall the colors of the Ozark and Boston Mountains are breathtaking. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen for dining in, a patio dinette and barbecue grill. There is a fire pit with firewood for your use.
We encourage our visitors to bring bottled water since we are on a well and some find they do not like the taste of well water. There are permanent residents year round on our gravel road and courteous neighbors whose guests also use the adjacent properties and lake access.
