"This house is amazing! It was full of amenities (pool, hot tub, a dock, kayaks, grill, fishing poles), fully stocked with basic needs, and the owners and caretaker were very responsive to questions. The house was immaculate, and the owners graciously decorated festively for our first Christmas away from home. We had a fabulous time and really fell in love with the house, the location at the end of the canal, and the nightly sunsets. Thank you for making our first Sunshine Christmas a great one!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but exactly what we wanted. We even extended our stay one night. The pool and back porch was great. The kids enjoyed the kayaks. It was a bit too chilly for my Florida family to swim in the pool. If we need a house in Cape Coral again, we would love to stay here again."

"The Pool was not very clean i had to clean the pool no one ever came to clean pool and constantly had to run the hose to fill pool noticed a leak in the pool pump system."

"This house is lovely, we were so comfortable and really enjoyed relaxing in the massive pool, fishing on the dock and visiting nearby beaches. It’s within easy reach of shops and I must recommend a trip to Top Golf for some family fun (we have never played before). Thank you for a wonderful holiday. "
