"We were so thrilled to find this space for our family. We were going to Marco island and first wanted to spend some time exploring Fort Myers and wanted to extend our stay! Coming from Toronto this allowed for a direct flight vs many layovers. A quick drive from the airport with nothing you could need in between. The property was as expected. My son loved the pool and the video games :) The property was spacious and had more than we needed for our short stay. Communication was great and we were very happy over all."

"This was the perfect place for our family! We had 8 adults and two kids and plenty of room. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. Our crew loved the Wii. The pool was perfect, we spent a lot of time there! Stu was very easy to work with and responded quickly! Overall, I would recommend this place your family!"

"We had 10 family members in town for a wedding! We all loved the property, especially the screened lanai, the pool, and hot tub. Stu and Cathy were awesome, and answered all questions quickly! They also had some great recommendations on local restaurants. Would stay here again!!"

"The comfortable beds and saltwater pool were probably the best things. I also loved walking up the road to the burrowing owl property that is in the neighborhood. Otherwise, all of the appliances are a little questionable - maybe bought at a yard sale? The washer sounded broken while washing only 4 towels so we didn’t feel comfortable using it during our entire week’s stay which was unfortunate, the grill handles are stripped and we had to buy plyers from Walmart to operate it, there are paint splatters from the remodel and dirt in corners with nothing to clean it up with, the floor is more comfortable than the couch in the living space. I had to reach out to ask for the code to enter the house as this was not sent ahead of time. I also asked for the wifi password 3 times, explaining each time that it wasn’t connecting, and the same one was sent, which as I mentioned - did not work, so we were not able to use wifi our entire week either. The pool table was complained about in other reviews but we had no issues with it - tips are replaced and fine. There is no TV by the outdoor dining table as shown in pictures but they have a tv in every other room. They have a beautiful home and property but better communication and a deeper cleaning could’ve made the stay a 5 star review."
