"This was a great hotel. Perfect location with walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Close to Acadia National Park. Comfy beds and lots of available channels on tv. Parking was a little difficult at times, but mostly because people parked on the lines. "

"We loved the big room and the outdoor deck. It was bright and clean with comfortable bedding. We loved the walkability to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff was very personable and attentive to any needs. It is right across the park from a fire station. We only heard 1 call and it was in the morning. Our son’s a fireman so we loved it. Will definitely stay here again. "

"I had a great stay here! All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. When I needed to stay another night due to car troubles, they helped me find another property with availability. I am very thankful for their hospitality!"

"The hotel is in an amazing location! We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back. The only critique I have is that the hotel layout can be confusing. Only one elevator goes to the basement level but there’s no sign that indicates that. Also, there is a stairway to the pool and hot tub that is visible from many of the rooms so it looks like it’s the exit to the main outside area. However, it’s attached to the restaurant and apparently the staff get annoyed when people use those stairs to get to the outside area. The signage for the staff-approved exit to the outside area should be improved to avoid confusion and tension between guests and staff. "
