"It was a beautiful, well kept up home run by a wonderful family! So fun to visit with other people staying there! And the breakfast was excellent!"

"Beautiful property with free parking. Staff was very helpful. Liked that they had a grab and go breakfast for guests. Rooms were very comfortable and large. Mattress was very comfortable. Didn’t like original pillows and they were accommodating to change out pillows and make sure we liked the ones they brought to us."

"Room. Breakfast. Great staff."

"Top Frühstück, super schöne große Zimmer! Alles sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. 100% Weiterempfehlung!"

"Great clean room and great service"

"Awesome views, easy parking and breakfast was very nice, high quality food and plenty of local produce. Timothy was very helpful with everything at check in and gave lots of insight into local amenities."

"Loved our stay at the Primrose Inn!"

"Perfect place to rest and relax after adventures in Acadia and the Bar Harbor area. Would definitely stay again!"

"The breakfast was life changing. 🙏"

"Room was nice but the balcony was a bit of a waste. Although it overlooked some of the park across the street, the electrical poles all over ruined the view. Certainly not their fault. Not a fan of the shower curtain and the shower head has hard water buildup and some mildew. Bed was very comfortable. The desk in the room is cheap and useless. Of course the breakfast had no vegan and gluten-free options so there was nothing for me to enjoy. Staff was very nice."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Hanscoms in Bar Harbor. Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 minutes outside of the busy areas of Bar Harbor and about 5 minutes away from Acadia NP... close, but not too close... nice and quiet. In hindsight we probably would have selected a unit with more of a kitchen, ours just had a small fridge and microwave. Nice touch... there is a community area with a fire pit and everything is provided to get a nice fire going."
