"Staff is super friendly and helpful! Dustin on night shift was especially helpful and kind. He gave us places to go see we had never heard of that were beautiful! This motel’s location is fantastic it’s right on the edge of town. It’s far enough away that you don’t have to deal with traffic but close enough you can walk to everything downtown it’s a little over .5 miles to walk. It’s also extremely close to Acadia! The 24 hour complementary water snacks and coffee are great for Hikers who may be up extremely early trying to hike up the mountain for the sunrise! They also have a little breakfast from 7-10 that isn’t a ton of food but it’s enough to get you going. The room was very clean when we arrived and had everything you needed. The only thing we had wrong is we didn’t have shower curtains in our room when we arrived but it was resolved immediately when we brought it to their attention. If we came back to the area we would 100% stay here again!"

"We were warmly greeted at our check in. The room surprised as to how big it is! We appreciated advance notice that we would need to carry our luggage up a set of stairs. The balcony and outside chairs were a nice addition. The location is fantastic! It was very pleasant walking the short walk to town and not having to pay extra fees to park."

"This was our first trip to Bar Harbor for our 34th wedding anniversary. We were on the fourth floor and overlooked the water view. The hotel was amazing and in walking distance of Main Street. The staff was great. The piano bar was awesome and everything went very smoothly with check-in and check out. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this home! The location was great and even though the MDI Marathon was happening right in Bar Harbor our spot was quiet and secluded. We had plenty of room for multiple activities on multiple levels of the house. We especially loved the hot tub after hiking and biking all day! Could have used a few more kitchen towels, but otherwise all was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We ran out of gas for the grille, but happily there was another one available on site.The open floor plan accommodated a very smooth flow. Everyone enjoyed being able to spread out and gather in smaller groups as well as larger dinners. We plan to be back next year!"

"Feedback:Loved the location. Convenient to the beach and bike rental shop. Easy drive to Bar Harbor.The kitchen is well equipped for quick meals, but there is no dishwasher. Small Safety issue - A light is needed by the front door near the entrance so that the dark staircase can be safely navigated at dark. It was hard to see.Bathroom:Towel bar kept falling apart. One end bracket was very loose and needed to be re attached. The plumbing fixture over the sink was too large, A nice design but such a large size fixture over the sink made it hard to use the sink.Main bedroom:The top dresser drawer is broken. Suggest they invest in some sturdier furniture.The deck is not accessible from the unit. You have to exit the unit downstairs walk to the rear of the unit and climb a flight of stairs to access the deck. By and large, I really liked our little abode!"
