"This was my 53rd birthday trip and overall I was pleased. The views were nice . The hotel was tastefully decorated . The walk in shower was top tier. However there are a few things that could be improved upon. The check in process was smooth but the associate was not very welcoming or friendly. She in fact seemed irritated by my questions. Also usually I am asked do I need assistance with my bag. I had to ask. Unfortunately it took them so long my daughter ended up going back down to get them. Additionally two days in a row housekeeping said I had a do not disturb sign on my door. I never seen a DND sign in the room . So I never put a sign in the door..Housekeeping do better. There was a variety of restaurants. Three employees exemplify the kind of customer service that made me feel welcomed and valued. Sniyah and Crystal in Luna Mar were the best. But Monet at the dinner buffet was amazing. She was knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly and welcoming I loved her. The pools and the swim up bar was cool too. It was just one thing I did not like. Another guest was listening to his speaker very low and barely audible. Other guests immediately complained and he was told to turn it off. I felt like he was being policed for his music which wasn’t fair. Because no one else complained except a group of what seemed unhappy folks! Either way we listened to music that we had no so say and just feel like it should be more inclusive of other cultures! I would stay again longer though!"

"Location is good. Close to airport and can walk to town / main street reasonably. Some rooms have ocean view. Rooms in the rear do not have pleasant views. Hotel is older, so there are imperfections but it is clean and maintained."

"We had such a great, relaxing stay! The house had everything we needed, with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of fresh towels and bedding, and amazing air conditioning—which was definitely appreciated after a day in the sun. Having 2½ bathrooms was also a huge plus. Oh…and there were beach chairs and coolers for us to borrow for our off property adventures. The pool was perfect for cooling off and hanging out, and there were plenty of fun floats to enjoy. We loved sitting outside watching the iguanas wander around and listening to the parrots chirping in the background—it really gave the place that laid-back tropical feel.The host was wonderful and even brought us water, fresh coconuts, and ice, which was such a thoughtful touch. We spent a good amount of time just staying at the house and enjoying the pool and property, and it ended up being one of our favorite days of the trip. The location was also great, with some beautiful beaches and really good restaurants nearby.Overall, a comfortable, easygoing place to stay with everything we needed for a tropical getaway. We’d happily stay here again"

"The house was amazing. Very clean inside with modern furnishings. There were quite a few stairs to get down but once you’re there the views are beautiful and you can’t beat the private pool and hot tub. The best rental we’ve ever had."

"We spent an amazing week at casa Jomama and it could not have been more perfect. The house itself is just as pictured and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels including beach towels. Beach chairs and noodles/floats were an added bonus! There were a couple of rolling blackouts while we were on the island, but we were never impacted due to the Tesla wall, which was very much appreciated. The star of the show was the access to Magen’s bay. It was a bit of a walk down (and back up), but it was totally worth it to be able to sit on your own private dock and watch the boats go by. Right off of the dock was a reef with so many fish to see. We could have just stayed there for the snorkeling, but there was so much island to explore. Book casa Jomama, you won’t regret it!"

"We absolutely loved the property! It has everything you need and more. The view of St Thomas is amazing! The pool is well maintained and offers plenty of seating. Having the separate villa and additional downstairs apartment area was perfect for 5 adults that wanted their own bedroom and attached bathroom. Delano made the check in process easy and we highly recommend you ask about Larry’s availability to be your driver during your stay. He was a pleasure to work with and he knows how to navigate the narrow roads and traffic. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. so we suggest taking advantage of that and the patio grills. Restaurants aren’t walking distance so this was a huge plus. The owners of this property thought of everything - definitely 10/10!"
