"Really enjoyed the hotel. Upscale without being over the top. Well priced. Friendly, helpful staff. Had one of the beat breakfasts of my Spanish stay there. Massage by David was top notch. Room is nice and comfortable but its a bit dark. Rooftop and pool we re terrific. Apparentky the hetero set has definitely gotten the memo, but hope it doesnt dominate the vibe. Regardless, i recommend. "

"Hotel is in a great location. Close to train station and some parks. Lots of restaurants nearby and you can walk to many attractions including the Prado museum. Also a short walk to Neptune fountain where lots of tour companies pick people up from. The room was spacious enough for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if back in Madrid."

"Wonderful welcome at check-in, Ammar was very joyful. The hotel room was clean, well decorated, had a great hot water pressure shower and the toiletries were of a great brand. However, the bed was very saggy and we were not able to get a restful night's sleep because of it. The only thing letting this hotel down, which of course is the main priority when choosing an accommodation. Luckily we were only staying for one night. "

"I visited this property five years ago and loved it so much that I wanted to return. It did not disappoint! The layout of the hotel is very warm and welcoming with beautiful tables and couches around. An excellent bar sits at the back. The Front Desk staff were very attentive and responsive to my needs, my room was large with every imaginable amenity and a beautiful claw tub. "Fabulous location to everything in the historical district. We stayed in a junior suite which offered spacious elegance with comfortable seating and bedding. Afternoon snacks offered were similar each day and only average. This boutique hotel's staff was excellent to deal with providing personal details for dining suggestions and directions to city attractions. It would have been helpful to have a hand railing in the shower area. "
