The staff was very helpful although there was some language barriers but we are in their country! The location is perfect. The Eustachian Atoch is about 15-20 min walk. Overall, it was a good stay for 3 nights!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-located and perfect for what we needed, which was 2 nights and Madrid and enough space for my husband, teenage daughter and me. We had a very spacious and comfortable room. The living room area with the sofa bed had its own separate space. I loved the big windows that let in light. The area was very walkable with many nice restaurants nearby.

Nice and convenient location in downtown Madrid. Staff was very much helpful. However, it’s a sort of apartment, not a hotel. So don’t expect any other facility as a lounge, bar or cafe. Just accommodation.
