"Terrible place: access instructions completely wrong so spent 20 mins trying to get in the door. Absolutely stank of stale smoke, bathroom not clean, no hairdryer. All windows large and on ground floor so not safe to leave open to get the horrible smell out, but don't think that would help as the smell was in the soft furniture, so not a recent thing. Messaged through Hotels.com to inform them of no hairdryer and the smell after the first night, but no action taken, just a promise to pass it on...

"This apartment was very disappointing. Access was intimidating for a woman alone. I saw plenty of car parking spaces and was not allocated one. The condition of the apartment itself was sad black mould in the washing machine. Nasty yellow stains in the bathroom tiling. Awkward to use heating. I left 2 days early."
