"Nice apartment. Clean and spacious and everything you need for short stay. Instructions on accessing building and flat are easy to follow and everything operates smoothly. Great location on doorstep of bars/restaurants, shops and cinema. The only thing is it can be noisy at night at weekends. Do as I did and take earplugs and you will be fine and have good sleep. The bed is also very comfortable. "

"The communication prior to the stay was good and checkin instructions easy to follow. Unfortunately when we went to our room it hadn't been cleaned/serviced from the last visitor there was rubbish, bed etc used had not been cleaned. I telephoned customer services and was put through to a voice mail. Not helpful when no on site representatives. Eventually got through and they arranged for apartment to be cleaned but I had to hang around for an hour and a half before açcess. Once in though...

"It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us. "It is in need of some TLC that said it was clean and tidy, lack of utensils in the kitchen limits what you may want to do. It is nice and quiet, good easy access to the city center, discount on parking makes a big difference."

"Apartment was modern, clean and as advertised. Fantastic central location. Parking was a bit of an issue, but Sheffield is such a pedestrian friendly city with really good public transport options, that next time we will probably leave the car at home."
