"1) Kitchen staff and server were loudly arguing 2) Was told that they ran out of sausage links when it was mentioned that the serving tray was empty Note: the lady serving on the morning of May 31st was more helpful and friendly 3) Front desk could be more helpful and professional 4) Issue with water leaks in the room. Suggesting that a complete inspection of each room to avoid surprises such as flooding on the floor."

"terrible welcoming for gold members on Hotels.com and gold on Hilton Honor. got some technical issue at the a/c, i called and text but nobody showed up. Terrible customer service and manager not caring about their guests"

"I had an extremely pleasant and restful stay. The room and bed were very comfortable and I slept well. The gym equipment functioned as they should and were easy to use. I had only 2 problems. A front desk staff person was a little rude at times. But most strikingly, the breakfast offered as part of the room price was ridiculously paltry. I would think that a multibillion dollar hospitality corporation would be able to offer guests in one of its major cities a complete and satisfying complimentary breakfast. Dozens of other hotel chains do an infinitely better job. I might think again about staying at a Courtyard."

"They include breakfast, which is nice. My room was spacious. The staff were helpful. The only negative was that the rooms are not ready until 4:00, but you can store your luggage. You can walk or take a rideshare 1.2 miles into town and get something to eat. I would stay there again."
