"Loved this place! Very friendly staff, clean accomodations, laundry service, great security and amazing location. I've been in Chiang Mai for about 2 months and this local is my favorite so far. Close to Maya mall and Nimman area, close to Old town and street food market. And north of Varada you will find a very local scene with some very authentic and extremely affordable food ect. Don't miss Huan Muen Jai and Khao Soi Mesai acclaimed restaurants literally arou d the corner!"

"Lovely hotel in the Nimman area. Pleasant rooms, super-friendly staff and good food. Surrounded by nice cafes, bars amd restaurants. My only note is that breakfast is a bit limited if you are a foreigner. They have so much Thai and Asian custom, a lot of the warm options are Asian-oriented, like noodles. As is often the case with local hotels, the westerm hot option is omelets plus horrible ham and cocktail sausages. They miss the mark with muesli (low quality) and yoghurt (cheap, packaged and...

"A really great stay! The property is in the heart of the Nimman area; super close to lots of great dining options (Thai / Western restaurants, cafes & bars), walkable area with easy access to songthaew's (and other modes of transport) that can take you all over the city. Hotel was clean and tidy with lovely decoration and a sufficiently sized pool to relax in. A bonus is the rooms smell incredible because of some kind of vanilla-scented oil they use! We didn't try the breakfast / food options...

"It was alright as far as hostels go. Unfortunately during my stay the bathroom and the elevator both were out of order - I decided to end my stay early and get a room at a hotel. It was clean, though!"

"We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm."

"The hostel has a good location and friendly staff. About 5 minutes walk from the public bus that runs to/from the airport as well as the old city. The trendy Nimman neighbourhood is closeby as well. Unfortunately, I felt that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I moved to a different hostel because of this. "
