My only note is that breakfast is a bit limited if you are a foreigner. They have so much Thai and Asian custom, a lot of the warm options are Asian-oriented, like noodles. "Loved this place! Very friendly staff, clean accomodations, laundry service, great security and amazing location. I've been in Chiang Mai for about 2 months and this local is my favorite so far. Close to Maya mall and Nimman area, close to Old town and street food market. And north of Varada you will find a very local scene with some very authentic and extremely affordable food ect. Don't miss Huan Muen Jai and Khao Soi Mesai acclaimed restaurants literally arou d the corner!"

"A really great stay! The property is in the heart of the Nimman area; super close to lots of great dining options (Thai / Western restaurants, cafes & bars), walkable area with easy access to songthaew's (and other modes of transport) that can take you all over the city. Hotel was clean and tidy with lovely decoration and a sufficiently sized pool to relax in. A bonus is the rooms smell incredible because of some kind of vanilla-scented oil they use! We didn't try the breakfast / food options...

Lots of mosquitoes so need to keep windows closed all the time Lovelt decor and Breakfast is good, although coffee could be better (they offered black coffee although they have a great coffee maker). "We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm."

"The ladies at the front desk were so so nice they really made my stay. The only thing to improve is the wifi (it's not really enough for video calls) but other than that it's a perfect find."
