"Close to Airport which is good but air traffic is loud at times. But never woke us up. A rooster near by did around 5:30. The staff go beyond to accommodate us. I travel in a wheelchair and they upgraded us in order for more room to maneuver around. Plus, they were going to purchase a shower chair but able to use a plastic chair in the shower. Recommend to purchase suction grab bars or get permanently installed on shower walls. The use of GRAB app was suggested to us to use by Front Desk. Just...

"Upon arrival the entrance door was closed and inside it was dark. A student living in the area confirmed they are closed. The hotel only accepts non-refundable bookings. "

"We loved our stay at Ruen Come In. It was peaceful and a beautiful property. We were given a cold drink upon check in and they carried our luggage up to the room. The room itself was very cute and clean. The breakfast was great and everyone working there was so friendly! We had an evening flight and they stored our luggage during the day after check out and allowed us to use the outdoor pool shower to clean up before departing. Overall highly recommend!"

"Loved this place! Very friendly staff, clean accomodations, laundry service, great security and amazing location. I've been in Chiang Mai for about 2 months and this local is my favorite so far. Close to Maya mall and Nimman area, close to Old town and street food market. And north of Varada you will find a very local scene with some very authentic and extremely affordable food ect. Don't miss Huan Muen Jai and Khao Soi Mesai acclaimed restaurants literally arou d the corner!"

"We enjoyed our stay and this authentic feeling villa. The rooms were very clean and upgraded. I really like the Lana Style decor and trees that separated you from the street. The reception was easy and friendly with a welcome map. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems. It is about a 15 min walk to the old city and there is a 7-11 and laundromat across the street. There was some toast and cornflakes for breakfast, tea and coffee which could be improved since it’s a city full of coffee...

"被安排了4樓的房間，是最高的，房間不是很大，但裝飾唔錯。smartTV是Samsung，有時會看不到live TV, 但可以連接YouTube。職員很熱心，親自幫忙處理塞馬桶的問題，另外還安排技工做緊急維修。打掃乾淨，最鐘意佢嘅浴巾，好香。位置方便，步行去古城的周日市集需時12分鐘左右，去Thanin Market/ Chiangmai Boxing Stadium 亦只需15分鐘。早餐款式多，亦很樂意pack三文治比要早出門口的旅客。臨近聖誕節，店主每天都會有小禮物放在門口，很有心思。留意事項︰ 1) 浴室熱水及水壓嚴重不足，對於喜歡沖熱水涼的朋友要多加考慮 ; 2) 整棟B&B不設lift, 樓梯亦幾斜下 ; 3) 房間內沒有熱水煲，只能在reception攞熱水，仲要唔係成日有，但聽說可以問職員攞 ; 4) 清晨時分會有雞鳴聲 ; "
