"Definitely 5 stars all the way. This hotel would be difficult for persons with mobility issues. Taxis couldn't bring us to the entrance and it's quite steep walking there. Every breakfast was amazing and the views!"

"I loved the quietness and location of the property which is close to the Palace. My room felt like home. Great view of the little Eiffel Tower from the back balcony and from my windows. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that was hard was there is no elevator because of its UNESCO standing and my luggage was 50 pounds - they only had female staff in the morning who were not able to assist. Perhaps hiring a bellboy would be helpful?"

"The hotel is just below of Prague Hotel and is part of the Royal Way. Beautiful, spacious and well appointed room which gave us a magnificent view of the street and also the rooftops of Prague. Well positioned in the heritage part of Prague. A very good breakfast was included."

To get to upper floors was a bit tedious with need to take two different elevators Breakfast had limited fresh fruit selections. As we stayed for 11 days,we have noticed some days were mediocre, depending on number of guests. Excellent location."

Very quiet - the only thing we heard was the church bells ringing in the mornings and a lovely view over the wooded hill. Great location just below Prague Castle which meant you could beat the crowds in the morning.Everything else within walking distance.
