"Great Hotel near bus stop and woolworth. Friendly staff and quick check in. Room has all needed to stay short or long term. Curtains is not blacklight cover so still strain of light coming in. Aircon inconsistent but as winter time so not too bad. Overall is a great and conformtable hotel"

"This was my second stay here and the staff in this hotel is why I came back with my family. This time I made a mistake and booked an accessible room but they not only fixed it but also upgraded it. Units facing the road can be a bit noisy but it's manageable. The breakfast buffet is a must if staying here as it is good and most eateries are far. Throughout our stay, my little one was excited about the birds in and around this property, including in our balcony. thanks for the lovely stay!"

"The room was neat and very clean—comparable to Crowne Plaza standards. The location is extremely convenient, right next to the Airport Bus stop. We had an early morning flight and left the hotel at 6:00 a.m. to catch the 6:15 a.m. Bus 350. After arriving at the domestic terminal, a free shuttle took us to the international terminal, and the whole journey took less than 40 minutes and only AUD 2.8. The hotel also offers a shuttle service right from the front door at AUD 12 per person."

"The room was lovely and clean with good facilities. Bar area is a little small for the amount of people at happy hour. Drinks were good and reasonable prices. Had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and good value. Breakfast the next morning was sufficient but the hot food selection was not hot. Overall very happy and will return 😊"

"Very poor experience with shuttle: I and 2 others were exactly on time at the shuttle after a delay in checking out. It was exiting the parking lot when we got to the ground floor so left early. Evening meal ok and not realistic to go elsewhere: service was fine, "
