"I had a fantastic experience at the Park Grand Heathrow Hotel! We stayed about 2 weeks. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern; an exceptional atmosphere for European lodging. You are also about a 14 min walk to the Piccadilly Line.The staff went out of their way to assist my family who needed medical attention. A special thanks to Monica and Jeet for making the stay warm and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping here if you're going to London! "

"Check-in and out was nice and easy, staff were friendly. Car park is next to hotel and is closed at night which was great. Room was as advertised and bed very comfy! However, bedsheets had weird pink stains, the floor wasn’t swept as there was dirt everywhere. Not very happy with the fire alarm randomly going off around 7:30am - couldn’t sleep afterwards.
